Well time to finally review my long put off review of Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls.

Here is now background info:

The story takes place in Japan in the early 21st century, in an alternate reality where the Tokugawa Shogunate has remained in power. In this reality, student councils are tasked with oppressing schools. Yagyuu Muneakira is a high school student who rebels against his student council with the help of girls who’ve had the names of famous samurai heroes passed on to them.MAL

This one revolves around a general named Yagyuu, Muneakira. he has the power to turn a normal Samurai into a Master-Samurai with one kiss, so naturally because this is anime he just happens to come across a handful of beautiful girls to fall in love with him to the point he makes them Master-Samurai. Over all I really like this one. I enjoyed everything but the specials. They where too ecchi/Fan-Servicey even for me a proud member of EU. the art style is what took me so long to get into this one. It’s like a weird mix between Soul Eater and vector art. I’d didn’t really link the art style but everything else kept me in till the end. Personally I’d like to see a season two of this one

Overall: 10/10

Art: 2/10

Concept: 10/10

Rewatch Value: 10/10
